This green roof installation was to meet the storm water retention and detention requirements as well as meet Washington DC’s Green Area Ratio requirements. 

 

EQR crews installed Furbish's EcoCline system, which included a root barrier, protection fabric, rock wool drain mat, filter fabric, engineered media and sedum plants.  The Furbish Company is performing the maintenance monthly for the two years after our installation to insure proper plant performance.
