We get it done
Work hard, Play harder
EQR is filled with incredibly smart, talented, passionate and interesting folks both in the office and in the field. What makes EQR special is our passion. We've worked hard to get where we are and we are grateful for all the opportunities we have received to make the Chesapeake Bay a cleaner watershed for generations to come!
As hard as we work during the week, we always want to play just as hard. EQR boasts a fun, team environment where our employees create lasting friendships. To foster a team environment we like to provide opportunities for our employees to get to know each other better by offering events and activities like:
Company sports teams: Soccer and Softball
Team bonding events: ex. tickets to Orioles and Nationals games, skiing, rock climbing, escape rooms, etc.
Company picnics: both family and employee only

You won't find an ecological services company or a team that cares more about the environment or people.
Liam grew up in and around the construction industry and has done little else since a young age. He spent many years working as a manager of infrastructure construction, commercial construction, and real estate development but has found his true passion in working hard to restore our watersheds. When he’s not working, he spends his time with his family fishing, crabbing, and sailing on the Severn River.
Pete joined the EQR team in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer. He finds EQR to be a great place to use his accounting education, his construction background, and his love of outdoor activities and our natural resources. He considers it an honor work with EQR’s great team to assist in improving the Chesapeake Bay. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family fishing and camping, coaching and cheering at his sons’ various sporting activities, and volunteering with Boy Scouts.

Chris, a native of Washington D.C, spent a number of years in the housing and commercial construction sector. In his current role as Vice President of Operations, he supports the continuing effort to improve watersheds throughout the Mid- Atlantic region, by EQR’s many crews. When not working, Chris spends weekends watching and volunteering in his childrens' many sporting endeavors.

Ken has worn many hats in his tenure at EQR. He started as a laborer and has grown with the company where he learned hands-on what it takes to succeed at the many facets of our business. Although his hands are not nearly as dirty now, he still enjoys being involved in both the fine details of the projects, as well as his role as a member of the senior management team. When not working, Ken’s time is spent with his family outdoors gardening and on local trails.
