EQR Teamed up with Fairfax County Department of Public Works & Environmental Services and Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc. to replace a defunct pond and fountain. A 15,000-gallon underground tank was buried beneath the plaza that captures rainwater from a nearby parking structure and creates a decorative fountain in the center of the plaza.
