EQR's Project Management Group is hiring Assistant Project Manager(s) to support and learn the role of Project Management within our Environmental Construction Department. This fast-paced position provides exposure to construction cost accounting and project management process. This position is an excellent entry point and provides the training required to transition to a full Project Manager role.

Estimator

Our Estimating Group is looking for knowledgeable Estimator(s) to join our team. Estimators play a key role in securing new work for the company in the growing field of environmental restoration.  The position offers the opportunity to work with a cohesive team of estimators, managers and operations personnel on bids and proposals for diverse design/build, build, full delivery, maintenance and landscape projects.

General Laborer

EQR's Operations Group is looking for reliable General Laborer(s) to join our crews. The General Laborer is viewed as a vital team member performing work on a wide variety of projects.  The position offers great opportunity to gain hands on experience in the field of environmental protection and restoration.  The position can serve as a stepping stone to other company roles.

Heavy Equipment Mechanic

EQR's Operations Group is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to help further maintain our large fleet of heavy equipment. The Heavy Equipment Mechanic plays a key role performing preventative maintenance and repairs on our equipment to minimize impacts to production.

Invasive Species Foreperson

EQR's Ecological Services Group is looking for conscientious Invasive Species Foreperson(s) to lead implementation of invasive species control plans on our planting and construction projects. Controlling invasive species is important to establishing native plant communities after construction or as part of revegetation of a site.
