Maintenance Foreperson
Our Maintenance Group is looking for motivated Maintenance Foreperson(s) to lead our teams to perform maintenance and small repairs on various types of water quality facilities. As part of the team who recognizes that proper maintenance is critical to proper performance, we positively impact the water quality of the watersheds we live and work in.
Responsibilities include:

Perform maintenance and repairs on water quality facilities.

Report progress on work orders using online reporting tools.
Qualifications:
-
1+ years landscape installation experience, previous restoration, and native plant experience.

Must be able to give and understand directions in English.

Must be able to read landscape planting plan sets and cut sheets.

Must have valid driver’s license.
-
Experience with Non-Native Invasive Plants.

Pay Range: $16 - 20 / Hour
​
Benefits include Health and Dental Insurance, Paid leave, 401(k), profit sharing and some transportation.

This position will be based in the Maryland/Northern Virginia area and will include local travel.
