Network Administrator

EQR's Administration Group  has an opening for a Network Administrator. We are looking for an in-house Network Administrator to work with outside consultants to keep our technology running as smoothly as our crews. Responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshoot, resolve and document tickets related to hardware, software and network services.

  • Diagnose and repair all SonicWall VPN client errors.

  • End to End IT systems management and support.

  • Maintain inventory for 200+ PCs, laptops, tablets and phones.

  • Manage mobile phone plan.

  • Administer Office 365 environment.

  • Plan and apply operating system security and server patches in a VMware environment.

  • Develop reports in Power Bi and Smartsheet.

  • Maintain and develop the company website via Wix.

  • Administer 8x8 VoIP system.

  • Respond to all cyber security incidents.

  • Develop and maintain capital purchase budget.

  • Work with outside consultants to develop and maintain proper Business Continuity.

  • After hours or weekend availability to apply software updates and patches.

  • Perform various other duties as required.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 progressive experience in hands-on support or help desk environment.

  • Experience working in a Windows 10 client environment.

  • Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Windows server 2012 & 2016 and Active Directory

  • Understanding of SonicWall VPN

  • Experience with Viewpoint and Bid2Win a plus.

  • CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ (Preferred)

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments.

  • Ability to work remotely.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

  • Network administration: 2 years (Preferred)

  • Ability to speak Spanish (Preferred)

Pay Range: $20 - 25 / Hour

This position will be based out of our Millersville MD Office.
